Village Vines does not accept the responsibility for the deliver of package to customer that are not legally eligible to receive direct-to-customer wine shipping services withing there state. The consumer understands and accepts responsibility to stay in compliance with the state that they are a resident of. Village Vines ships products internationally through Fed Ex directly to the customer. Because of the fact that Village Vines LLC is under agreement with Fed Ex and UPS (to stay in compliance with local laws) All "Members" must be 21 or older, show identification, and sign for the package at the time of delivery.
Village Vines is dedicated to making sure you get your wine as quickly and conveniently as possible. With that being said, wine shipping regulations differ from state to state. In order to stay in compliance with State Laws sometimes the wine can not be shipped directly to the customer and must instead be shipped to a FED EX / UPS Pick Up Location.
The pick up location selected will be located as close as possible to your residence (in compliance with state law) If you are from one of these states you will be contacted and inform upon signing up.
Sometimes when importing into the United States packages and shipments may be held up for inspection and compliance with United States Customs. If there is any sort of hold up you will be notified.
Cancellations can be done through email. Please provide 30 day notice for all cancellations. Please understand that once your account is charged and a package is sent that we can not refund the money. Under certain circumstances we may make accommodations on a case by case basis.
